Acceptance - Pirate Software Game Jam

The game is centered around the main character who is a soldier in a kingdom's army. In the distance, a new plague begins to surge through the land, threatening the kingdom and it's people. For many months, the kingdom has kept the illness at bay, but it is now raging onward toward the kingdom's center. The people of the kingdom are on high alert and the player is sent on various missions to fight back the new enemies. These can consist of puzzles, turn based combat/real time combat, and perhaps collection quests. During this time, they learn more about what the illness is and their world is.
